Our Vision

How it works

  • We often find that properties with some of the most breathtaking ocean and mountain views are underutilized.

  • Property owners often lack the knowledge or capital to generate immediate cash flow from their properties.
  • The risk, complexity, construction costs, and high cost of capital usually attached to developing hospitality projects in these locations deters property owners from capitalizing on their properties.

  • Our solution is a hospitality company that partners with local property owners and then designs, develops, builds, and operates efficient and stylish custom-built containers on their property in under six months.

Partnership terms are negotiable on a deal-by-deal basis. Examples are listed below:

  • Option 1: SŌKZO leases your property and assumes all development costs and operates the project under the SŌKZO brand. This offers property owners the opportunity to generate returns without any upfront costs.
  • Option 2: SŌKZO partners with property owners and shares development costs and risks. SŌKZO operates the project under the SŌKZO brand.
  • Terms will include a point system where property owners can use the PODS during the year.

  • At the end of the contract, the property owner has the right to remove the PODS from the property, retaining his land and profits.
